| Scope of our services cover either providing housekeepers manage by our clients themselves or by providing a complete management solution where we would take up the responsibility to run housekeeping department on behalf of our clients for a fixed term by inducting service level agreements and on agreed budgets. Our other services include back and front of house cleaning, portering and other supporting activities necessary to run a successful housekeeping department. |

| We realize that security and trust are a vital part of our relationship, thus all our staff is reference checked prior to any engagements. We maintain our records by filing required identifications and employment documentation and in certain circumstances we also conduct Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checks. We also remain fully aware of and operate within prevailing employment law, the working time directive and transfer of undertakings (TUPE) regulations. |
